Non-AF Ideas for 100AF

I purposely made the tagline for 100 AF:

100 Days Alcohol Free –

Or Whatever the *F* You Want to Be

Not all of us are on an alcohol-free journey. But you can use the 100AF challenge to make any positive change you want to.

Here are a few ideas of changes you could commit to for 100 days straight (I suggest you choose one at a time).

1.     Give up Alcohol (obviously)/smoking/any substance.

2.     Take your vitamins – Why is this so hard?

3.     30-minutes of movement (time length of your choice but make it doable).

4.     30-minutes of reading something inspiring.

5.     Bring your lunch to work.

6.     Don’t eat out.

7.     No coffee.

8.     No Soda.

9.     Make your bed.

10.  No snooze button.

11.  Spend 30-minutes a day learning a new skill.

12.  No complaining/gossiping

13.  No added sugar

14.  No gluten

15.  Don’t get on the scale – break up with measuring your worth by that number on the scale.

16.  Wash your face before bed.

17.  Journal for at least 5-minutes

18.  Spend 30-minutes on that side hustle.

19.  Text a different friend/family member each day just to encourage them.

20.  No phone/social media/email before noon/breakfast.

21.  No social media (Make sure you join our email list to stay connected).

22.  No meat – go vegetarian/vegan.

23.  Meditate for at least 10-minutes every day.

24.  Stop yourself when you find you’re blaming someone/something else for where you are.

25.  No phone 2-hours before bed.

26.  No TV in the bedroom.

27.  Compliment your spouse/partner/kids at least once a day.

28.  No television.

29.  No dairy.

30.  No Amazon purchases.

31.  Floss your teeth.

You get the idea.

I’m going to update this list over time. So, if you have another idea or are joining us with an change that we haven’t included yet, comment below. Let us know what you’re doing 100AF.

💛 Jen
