Helping women find more peace, joy, and fun in midlife and beyond.
Consider this a small, well-deserved pause. If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, you might be feeling overextended—full calendar, full mind, and very little space to simply be. This is a place to come back home to yourself. Together, we’ll look at what’s draining you, what’s no longer yours to hold, and how to create more room for calm, joy, and what matters most in this season of life. You’ll practice listening to your intuition—your inner wisdom—building trust in your own voice and choosing your next steps with clarity and self-compassion. It’s time to tune out the noise, the “shoulds,” and the constant influence of the outside world and tune into your own inner-knowing. If you’re a woman—especially over 50—ready for a new way of being, I’m so glad you’re here.
Ladies, it’s been a while since I’ve gathered a group and this feels like the perfect place to jump back in-JOY.

Summer of Joy
Begins July 1st on Patreon
Are you ready to rise?
After years of coaching, I’ve learned that the hardest part is always getting started. The process of beginning can be overwhelming and intimidating. I’ve created the 4-week Root & Rise program to eliminate that angst.
This 4-Week Root & Rise Coaching Plan is the perfect place to begin if you’re new to coaching. Four weekly 1-hour sessions (same day and time each week) create a steady rhythm that balances coaching, processing, and gentle home-play—not homework—so you can integrate insights between meetings without long gaps.
What to expect:
Weekly 1-hour sessions for four consecutive weeks
A consistent day/time to build momentum and routine
Coaching focused on grounding, clarity, and confidence
Practical “home-play” activities to deepen learning and application
Who it’s for:
Newcomers to coaching who want a structured, low-commitment start
Women ready to respond to life’s invitations with greater calm and purpose
Benefits:
Faster integration of insights with minimal time between sessions
Small, manageable practices that build capacity without pressure
Increased readiness to take next steps after four weeks
Content and pace is always individualized to meet the clients needs but here is an idea of what to expect.
Week 1 — Root: Establish presence, set intentions, identify current patterns.
Week 2 — Explore: Deepen awareness, clarify priorities, try new perspectives.
Week 3 — Practice: Integrate learnings through tailored home-play and reflection.
Week 4 — Rise: Consolidate gains, plan sustainable next steps, celebrate progress.
Ready to get started? This plan is designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and ready to rise to what life is offering you—wherever you are.
Meet your Coach
Hi! I’m Jen.
Hi, I'm Jen Mulford, and this summer I'm helping women reconnect with the joy they knew before the world taught them to be practical, careful, and busy.
I've been a board-certified Holistic Health Coach since 2013 (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and hold a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. But more than any credential, what matters most is the work itself — over the years I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of women break free from whatever's been holding them back.
I spent over three decades, from age 18 to 50, in the fitness industry, including nearly ten years running my own fitness center. After stepping away from the business and watching my kids grow and leave the nest, I took some time to reevaluate what this next chapter of life looks like for me. What I landed on was simple: focus on what brings me joy. Life will always have its hard moments, but there's so much joy available to us when we slow down, take a breath, and stay present.
That's what Summer of Joy is all about. We're going to take it easy, have fun, and lift each other up — by reconnecting with the joy we knew before the world told us who we were supposed to be.
It's free, and it only takes 5–8 minutes a day. I promise it will add real value to your life. This is your summer to make more room for play, curiosity, imagination, and yes — joy.
If you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you.
Let's do this,
Jen Mulford
